The minimum order value for free delivery depends on your delivery postcode and distance from our warehouse in North Staffordshire. For some areas, free delivery is available for orders as low as £150, while other regions may require a higher order value. We aim to deliver orders within 2-5 working days from the date of order, depending on stock availability and your delivery address. For locations further from our warehouse, delivery may take slightly longer. If you need a more accurate estimate for your area, feel free to contact us.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification by email or SMS with the estimated delivery date and time. If you require a specific time slot, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but additional charges may apply for timed deliveries.

For larger loads, our HIAB-equipped vehicles can offload heavy items safely, but the final decision on where to drop the load rests with the driver.

Yes, we generally require someone to be present to receive and sign for the delivery. However, if you’re unable to be present, please contact us in advance to arrange alternative delivery instructions. We can sometimes leave the items in a safe place at your request, but this is done at your own risk..

Yes, if you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to change the address, and additional charges may apply if redirection is needed.
